Open the app and go to your verification settings to submit your details and identification. See Security for how verification works.
What does it cost to use NairaFlow?
NairaFlow-to-NairaFlow transfers are free. Bank transfers and bills have small, tiered fees. Full details are on the Fees page.
I forgot my PIN or password
Use the "Forgot PIN" or "Forgot password" option on the sign-in screen. You'll be asked to confirm your identity before a new one is set.
Something is wrong with a transaction
Report it through the in-app support option so our team can look into it — see Complaints.
