About NairaFlow

NairaFlow is a digital financial platform that lets you send money, receive payments, pay bills and access supported services. NairaFlow is not a bank; regulated financial services are delivered through licensed providers.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, complete required identity verification, and keep your Login PIN, transaction PIN and one-time passcodes confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Transactions

Transactions are subject to verification, security checks, provider availability and applicable limits. Applicable fees are disclosed in the app before you confirm a transaction. Completed transactions may not be reversible.

Acceptable use

You must not use NairaFlow for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity. We may suspend or restrict accounts to protect users and meet legal obligations.

Service availability

Some services depend on third-party providers and may be temporarily unavailable. We work to restore service quickly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
